2D nonseparable nonuniform Haar wavelets on rectangle region

The paper defines 2D Haar scaling function and present a construction of 2D nonseparable nonunifrom Haar wavelet functions on rectangle region.It also shows the direct and inverse nonuniform Haar wavelet transforms.The reconstrution of a single value is given.
