The Review on System of Crime Number Theory
Li Guo · 2009
Crime number theory is the theory that counts the number of crime and decides final punishment to culprits. In the whole criminal law system, crime number theory is the bridge of crime theory and penalty theory, and implements them in an integrated manner. The base of it may be the situation that plural rules are met or single rule is met. When plural rules are met,the criminal patterns in crime number theory include imaginary concurrence and substantial concurrence; when single rule is met,the criminal patterns involve provisional concurrence, combinative crime, aggregate offense, successive crime and so on.
