The algorithm of double bit mapping compression & double Huffman based on zero threshold

Considering the dependence of weather radar raw data based-on binary system file, bit mapping compression and Huffman and threshold are used to compress the data. According to the integrated algorithm, the algorithm who is double bit mapping compression double Huffman based on zero threshold are designed.. The integrated compression algorithm is used to compress/decompress real raw data in C environment. The experimental result shows that the integrated compression algorithm is better than traditional compression algorithms and popular compression softwares WinRar and WinZip obtained a preferable compression ratio with little time cost.
