General Framework Design of Automatic Dispatching System for Mid-route of the South-to-north Water Diversion Project

Through description about the mid-route project of the south-to-north water diversion project and their basic operation and management situation,this article presents a focus study on design ideas for general framework and general system demands of automatic dispatching system for the mid-route project.The article then makes an analysis on features of dispatching management and business process of the project,expounds the system general framework which consists of five parts: application system,application support platform,infrastructure,organization management and technology safeguard.
