Research on Collaboration Platform for Urban Reverse Emergency Logistics Union in Internet of Things Environment

For the characteristics and corresponding problems in reverse emergency logistics for urban emergency event of China,a collaboration mode is given for reverse emergency logistics union including emergency logistics management center,organizations,emergency logistics and emergency materials management stations in disaster area which can be used in internet of things( IOT) environment. After that,based on information technology such as IOT,a multi- leveled information platform model with intelligent decision support ability is proposed for reverse emergency logistics union,the functional structures of each subsystem are elaborated,and the feasibility of the platform is also analyzed. At last,the key issues in platform implementation are discussed.
