Research on the Application of Digital Watermark Technology to Network Evaluation

AbstrcatBased on the information hiding algorithm of color static digital image, the strategy and the algorithm for effectively solving security problems of electronic stamps were discussed. With in mind the application requirements of network evaluation, a set of scheme, about how to create stencil plate, embed and verify digital watermark, manage and use electronic stamps were proposed. The scheme solved the problems of the information hiding and the network transmission of watermark data, and has been successfully applied to the Network Evaluation System of China National Science and Technology Awards. Testing results have shown that this scheme has the properties of non-repudiation, non-attack, non-copy, non-fabrication and authenticity.
