Constructing Framework for the Digitalized Learning Community base on Service Agent

The construction of digitalized community commonly can be divided into five parts.They are the information sharing platform,the electronic commerce system,the digitalized learning system,the electronic government affair system,and the property management system for the inhabitants.Currently with the development of Internet technology,most of the above services for inhabitants are realized.But there are still many efforts which are needed to enhance the service quality and reduce the manual work as far as possible.This paper gives a new constructing framework for digitalized community based on automated service agent negotiation.That makes most of the community business proceeded automatically and the optimized process paths given directly.
