Impacts of Different Drilling Rig Move Modes on Project Cost

Research on impacts of different drilling rig move modes on project cost is helpful to optimize design construction schemes, determine rational project cost and control the cost effectively. In the case of drilling operation in Jiangsu Oil Field Company, based on actually statistic workloads, the costs of three different rig move modes(by land traffic, waterway or traffic between water and land)are calculated or estimated according to the principle of mean parameter. By comparing and analyzing the costs changes of these three kinds of rig move modes, impacts of different drilling rig move modes on total project cost are thoroughly discussed. Moreover, corresponding suggestions are given at last.
