Social Informatics: A New Thinking on Educational Technology Research

Questioning technological determinism,social informatics attracts more attention to the influence of the environment to the technology and the application value of social informatics in the environment.It reveals the improvement of the technologies from the environment by the educational technological researchers and combines the environment and technologies as a whole social technological system.Then technologies are used scientifically and wholly and the value of teaching technologies is developed with the proper application.
