STUDY ON THE FUNCTION OF EXAMINING MISTAKE INFORMATION WITH MEDICAL RECORD STATISTICAL INFORMATION SYSTEM

This article is to prove the benefit of the comprehensive function of examining mistake information to the medical record statistical work by applying the function of examining mistake information with the medical record statistical information system(SIS).The medical record SIS not only improve the accuracy of input medical record,but also guarantee the accurate of all kinds of statistical indexes,and also improve the efficiency and relieve the burden of staff to the utmost degree.By applying the function of examining mistake information with the software of information system to our hospital case statistics,to testify that its comprehensiveness has been of great benefit to on our work.That not only increases the accuracy of case registration and ensures the veracity of all kinds of statistical norms;also greatly improves the working efficiency and relieve the staff's burden to the utmost extent,so as to reduce the input error rate of medical record data to the lowest.
