Construct Data Sharing Platform for China′s Civil Aviation

Data exchange platform is a core system in the common information network of civil aviation.This paper proposes a system design philosophy of the platform based on XML and web service technology,and presents system construction consideration and its global object,design principle and technique measures.Data exchange procedure and architecture of the system are described also.
