Analysis of application and localization of pressure sensor in petrochemical industry

Requirements of pressure transmitter in petrochemical industry is discussed.High accuracy,high response,high reliability,low static error and temperature error are considered to be the most important performances for pressure sensor used in petrochemical industry.MEMS pressure sensor,with many extra benefits,is more advisable to be applied in petrochemical industry than conventional pressure sensor.MEMS pressure sensor applied in petrochemical industry currently are analyzed.Pressure sensors made by local and abroad manufactory are compared.It is concluded that improving reliability of pressure sensor is a key to imply localization of pressure sensor.
