Institutional Economics Analysis on the Labour Force Property Right During the Period of People's Commune

Property right of the labour force has some characteristics different from material capital property right.From the angle of institutional economics,this paper discusses causes,construction and efficiency of labour force property right system during the period of people's commune,and points out that the incomplete property right of the labour force is the economy cause that results in the fail of people's commune.The owner of the labour force property right has his own action logic in gaming with the country during the period of people's commune.
