In thispaper, the developmentofcomputing model of network and theC/DS/C modelisexpatiated. Itgives the information interaction system model over corporation based on C/DS/C in detail , including the introduction of client/distributed server/client model, the structure of information interaction system model over corporation based on Intranet and the problems about communi- cations which should be solved in such a model among clients. Finally its design is given.
