All technical activities of the human being are not only the results of the rational activities but also the influence of the irrational factors of the people,the main body of the techniques.Recognizing that there are the rational components and irrational components in the technical application will be helpful to overcoming the negative influence of the pure technical reason on us and realizing the interfusion of the technical reason and the value reason.
