Exploration of Constructing Technological Support Environment for Lifelong Learning Public Service Platform

Lifelong learning public service platform system is such an learning environment that can facilitate learners to access the learning resources and learning support service anytime and anywhere. Serving this end, this article proposes that the most important is to employ unified informationization codes to construct and integrate the three learning resources development platforms for Cloud Computing learning, the network interconnection solution of BGP protocol, and SOA architecture leaning management platform.
