Research and Realization of the Extensible Database Search Engine

The metadata was combined with search engines,the meta-data description of the integrated data sources which shields the distribution and heterogeneity of the data sources,provides a unified data interface for the indexing and querying,in the need to add new data source,we only need to develop the corresponding metadata extraction and conversion tool,and can not affect the other components of the search engine,which improves the scalability of the system. During the developing process of the search engine,we use the virtue of lucene which has no specific data sources,supports incremental indexing and Chinese retrieval,it achieves a scalable and efficient database search engine based on a secondary development and application of the Lucene.
