Postitive solutions for a class of quasi-linear degenerate elliptic equations

We use variational method to discuss the following quasi-linear elliptic problem.The techniques including functional transformation were used to overcome the difficulties coming from the degeneracy and singularity of the problem to disscuss properties of positive solution for λ0 and λ→+∞.But if λ is small enough,this equation no longer have positive solutions.
