The effect of temperature, illumination and stomata conductance on the leave photosynthetic characteristics of the tulip Gander's Rhapsody were examined by using live body measurements in solar greenhouse. The results showed that the change of net photosynthetic rate of the tulip Gander's Rhapsody was a hyperbolic curve with time in a day.'The mid-day depression of photosynthesis' was obvious.Temperature and illumination were important factors to the net photosynthetic rate of the tulip Gander's Rhapsody in sunlight greenhouse. The optimal temperature of the leaves for photosynthesis was 12-18 ℃,the saturation point of light was about 1 140 μmol/(m2·s).The positive correlation was found between the net photosynthetic rate and the dropping variance of CO2,linear regression equations and the correlation coefficient respectively were Y=-0.499 3 x-0.158 6,r=-0.998 0**.
