Fusion detection for multi-static radar signal is an effective technique to improve the sea-surveillance ability.Aiming to the problem of fusion detection by multi-resolution radars, the relation between the over-sampled echoes of LRR( Low Range Resolution) radar and the critical samples of higher resolution signal is derived, and a super-resolution algorithm is presented to reconstruct the high- er resolution signal from the over-sampled echoes.Based on that, the multi-resolution echoes can be transformed into corresponding ones which hold the same resolution, and avoid the deterioration of fusion detection performance caused by the dismatching of range resolu- tion. The numerical results show that the algorithm is effective.
