Analysis of C2 Organization Behavior and Description the Problems about Testing

Aiming at the requirements of closed loop test for Command and Control organization(C2 Organization),we analyzed the elements of constructing C2 organization and it's the data attributes of these elements.According to the objects or agents of C2 organization behaviors,we divided its C2 Organization behaviors into global behaviors,and local behaviors.And we described the course of global and local behaviors,on which the problems of testing C2 organization is presented and quantified.
