On the time expansion and length contraction

Deduces the formulas about time expansion and length contraction by using the Lorentz transformation.According to the relativity of simultaneity in special relativity,the reason of observation′s difference in different reference systems is explained from one′s point who is observed and is looking at the observation of the others.
