Cable Grounding Current Calculation Method Based on Gauss-Seidel Iterative Method

Based on the classical grounding current calculation model of metal sheathed cable,the original classical calculation model is modified.The influence of the induced voltage and the capacitance current of the cable to the actual measurement value is considered in the grounding current calculation.which makes the calculation results is closer to actual value.The computer program is applied to calculate the grounding current of a certain 110 kV cable in Nanning power supply bureau,and the calculation result is compared with the actual measurement data.Analysis results show that the value and changing rules of the calculation result are basically consistent to those of the actual measurement data.The proposed method can be regarded as a reference to the cable operation department in the calculation of cable grounding current.
