Comnent on Charges of Computer Crime

Since the New Criminal Law went into effect, the charges of computer crime have drawn a lot of public attention, and given rise to a lot of controvercies. In this thesis, the author attempts to reserch on the reasonableness of the charges on computer crime, and presents his personal views.
