Mobile Ad Hoc Network(Manet) is a new kind of wireless mobile network.Because of its self organization, dynamic topology, distributed control and multi hop routing, traditional security mechanisms are not sufficient to secure Manet. Therefore, some new security mechanisms must be used.Security threats faced by Manet are studied, and a secure distributed authentication scheme based on multi hop signing with encrypted signature functions is proposed. Here mobile cryptography and ( n,t ) threshold cryptography distributed authentication are combined, and distributed fault tolerance processing algorithm and private key share refreshing technology are used to detect and prevent attackers from violating authentication using digital signature and protect private key shares and authentication private key from leaking.
