With the progressive advancement of city,water pipes and terrain changed frequently.The pipeline simplified models must be updated at any moment to ensure the accurateness of hydraulic calculation results.By applying geographic information system to hydraulic calculation,a majority of input data can be picked up directly from GIS database.Depending on the data updating capability of GIS,pipe network calculation model can keep up-to-date.Calculation results can be output by representing ability of GIS.
