Design of evaluation system for C~3I information fusion

Evaluation system plays an important part during the development of C3I information fusion. In this paper, general theory and method for information fusion evaluation is discussed and a few definitions of performance index used in evaluation are presented. Moreover, it presents a way to set up an evaluation system and design the software based on soft-bus technique. Its reliability and practicability are verified with instances.
