A key management plan based on verifiable secret sharing scheme

This paper introduces a secure mechanism of key management in PKI system.In the mechnism,a secret sharing scheme is used in the process of backup and recovery of private key effectively,it can avoid only one part to keep the private key by oneself.Futhermore a verifiable secert sharing protocol is used in the scheme,which solves the participants cheating problems.
