The Analysis of Constitutive Elements of Micro-blog Copyright Infringements —In the View of Infringers

With the rapid growth of micro-blog users,there have been an increasing number of copyright infringement cases recent years. Classified by legal subjects,copyright infringements can be divided into user infringements,Network Service Provider infringements and other subjects' infringements. Copyright infringements can also be classified into direct infringements and indirect infringements by different infringing acts. The constitutive elements of these two infringements should be distinguished with the judgment whether the violations are established. We should strengthen copyright protection by raising public awareness of copyright,advancing relevant techniques and improving laws and regulations.
