Design of a Reconfigurable Antenna for 3GPP Channel

According to the electromagnetic environment and service requirements in a region of high user density which requires high efficiency and wideband wireless coverage,an antenna with two elements and selection function is designed by adopting switch selection circuit and SMT technology.The designed antenna can cover the whole UMTS(Universal Mobile Telecommunications System) band.The test of the pattern of two elements antenna system shows that the antenna can maintain complementary in space and it has a high stability.
