The workflow technology and groupware technology of Lotus Notes are very suitable for developing OA system of the second generation. The management and maintenance system of Suzhou University's OA system is based on the OA system of Suzhou University. It provides a firm safeguard and expands the functions for the original system. In this article it mainly introduces the structure, functions, characteristic, main technology and discusses the realization of the system.
