New Video Watermarking Algorithm Based on Error Control

A new video watermarking algorithm based on error control is proposed, which embeds watermarks into DCT coefficients of I frames in H.263 coding streams. Additionally, the proposed algorithm is able to detect watermarking without original image, and is compatible with H.263 standard. Experimental results show the efficiency of the proposed video watermarking newalgorithm.
