Based on Access2003 database ODBC technology,Ningxia University Cadre Information Management Systemhas been designed with VisualBasic6.0 software,the management system functions,structure and design method has been discussed in detail.By experimental verification of the technology,the system speed and reliability was improved effectively,and data security was enhanced.
