The configuration and whole layout of traffic information network

This paper introduces the plan of setting up traffic information network, Which is based on the urban traffic command control system and combined with the advanced internet technology. It mainly demonstrates the design ideologh, of traffic information network main functions and the construction of the system. This system has been applied in Dalian. It is a synthetic information platform integrated with the pictures of timely road condition, information release and information exchange.
