The performance appraisal system for teachers is a management system of exciting their enthusiasm for work,and giving full play to their subjective initiative and ability to work.Aiming at the management characteristics of the performance appraisal system for teachers,a common system architecture of teacher performance appraisal management system based on multi-Agent and MVC mode is proposed.It provides a new solution for the establishment of a common performance appraisal system.
