STANDARDIZED RED VEST DESIGN IN SUBSTATION

For the National Grid vigorously promoting the standardization of operations and Zhejiang Electric Power Company's paramilitary management requirements,this paper designed a new substation red vest,made with a high standard of anti-arc materials,and providing a variety of pockets and a removable reflective text.The vest can both identificate operation guardian,and be easily used to carry tools and other supplies commonly used in switching operation. It meets the standard operating requirements in substation,and to a certain extent,reduces the risk of electric arc burns.
