Research on Dynamic Load Balancing Service for a Monitoring and Communication Platform

A dynamic load balancing mode and a weighting load factor algorithm of load balancing are proposed,aimed at improving reliability,real-time and data-handling capacity of the monitoring and communication platform based on UDP.The proposed algorithm makes use of the CPU utilization ratio,current active session number,memory utilization ratio,and remainder task number to definite remainder task consumption value and appraise server load state.At the same time,it also explains the questions of the load balancing frequency and the load balancing granularity,the load balancing frequency is controlled through two aspects: threshold value,threshold length of surplus duty consumption and opportunity of relieving the host auxiliary relations,the load balance granularity is controlled through the duty migration quantity.At last,experimental results prove the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
