Research on the Technology of the Passive Acoustic Location System for Projectile Dropping Point in Weapon Test Field and Its Error Analysis

A passive acoustic localization model is put forward based on six element cross arrays.And a moving target or a near ground target localization method has been studied.The various influence factors on localization precise such as array size,time difference measurement etc have been discussed.At the end,the system of acoustic localization is simulated,the result indicated that the measurement error in distance is not dependent on the target azimuth angle.The corresponding algorithm has better distance and direction measuring capability.
