Construction of Compactly Supported Orthonormal Multi-Wavelet

In this paper,a method is given to generate a new multi-wavelet with the corresponding properties from a compactly supported symmetric orthonormal multi-wavelet by choosing elementary rotation matrix and elementary reflection matrix.A class of balanced wavelets can also be constructed using this method.At last,the DGHM compactly supported symmetric orthogonal multi-wavelet is given in the method as an example.
