Transforming the audio-video resources from the traditional simulative type into the digitalized type has been the inevitable trend of the development of the society. This paper analyzes on the advantages and features of the audio-video resources, and probes into how to broaden the audio-video resources and conduct the multiple services in colleges and universities.
