The expanded size of the school makes the amount of information on students very complex and numerous with the continuous progress of science and technology as well as the popularization of higher education.Inevitable waste of a lot of human,material and financial resources and can not meet the development needs of modern Chinese education if traditional students information management methods are used,which has become a problem bound to be solved.Information management system is an integration of management science,information science,system science,modern communications technology and computer technology for integrated advanced management tools.As the improvement and perfection of science and technology and management systems in theory and technology,the strengths and room of improvement fully showed demonstrats the need of existence and effective management efficiency.
