Classroom teaching quality is the foundation of the quality of university education.Combining the university evaluation of Ministry of Education,according to the characteristics of classroom teaching in the university,researches and designs the index on the classroom teaching quality evaluation.Based on the fuzzy evaluating mathematical model of classroom teaching quality,designs and implements the fuzzy evaluating system for classroom teaching quality,the practice proves that this system does well.
