The Result compare Test1 Automated System and Manual Westergren Method for Measaring the Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate

Objective Discuss the accuracy and repetition of TEST1.Methods Apply the TEST1 automated system and manual westergren method for measuring the erythrocyte sedimentation rate at the same time. The TEST1 method was compared with manual westergren reference method.Furthermore, apply TEST1 for repeated experimentation.Results A good correlation was found between the TEST1 and the westerfren reference method:r0.95 P0.01,and TEST1 has good repetition.Conclusion This device can use blood with anticoagulant of EDTA-K_2, and it will not be influenced by HCT and many environmental factors.It's results can be got quickly, accuracy and credibility.
