In this paper,we discussed the implementation and design of Fudan University postdoctoral management service.We established a postdoctoral digital archived file,used Service Oriented Architecture to design system,broke boundaries of departmental business and management system,optimized the cross-sector business processes andused information service for customer push service.This is a new attempt to provide a user service management modelin campus informatization.
