Caption Detection in Video Commercial Segmentation System

In this paper,the feature of caption in the video program is analyzed,and a caption detecting method for two kinds of caption in video commercial segmentation system is proposed.The features of caption video are analyzed.Then,the caption detecting method based on Sobel edge detection is proposed.The experimental results show that the method can effectively extract the caption video.
