The Recovery of Gibberellins from the Gibberellin Wastewater Used Macroporous Resin

By the experiments of static adsorption and elution,the XAD-8 macroporous resin was used to recovery gibberellin from the gibberellin wastewater.When the flow rate of adsorption was control at 2 mL/min,used 70% alcohol to elute after the adsorption,the recovery rate of gibberellin could reach 90% above,then the elution was concentrated and dried,the purity of gibberellin could reach 80% above.
