Measurement System of Love Wave Device Based on Frequency Scanning Technology

The structure of Love wave device is introduced, the Love wave device is designed and implemented,and the design parameters are given.The measurement system based on the frequency scanning technology is set up,which includes the signal source,the signal acquisition module,the micro controller module,etc.The sine excitation signal is produced with a certain frequency interval in a certain frequency range by the DDS chip AD9912.The amplitude ratio of the input excitation signal to the output response signal at each frequency point in the frequency scanning range is acquired by AD8302,and the amplitude-frequency curve is characterized and the resonance frequency is obtained, accordingly.The measurement result of this system is in accordance with that of the network analyzer,and this system can realize the frequency scanning function of the network analyzer.
