Producing and Selling the Network Game's Plug-in Should Constitute Crime

As to the act of producing and selling the network game's plug-in,someone holds that it should not be punished by the criminal law.However,the major premises of this theory are not correct,in fact,the relative legality principle advocates the interpretation,and the principle of in favor of the defendant is not the supreme clause on interpretation,and the principle of alternating leniency with severity but not just leniency is emphasized in the present harmonious society.Therefore,this negative theory should not be adopted,and this act should be punished.
