Weapon materiel system development phase-basedincremental model

This paper presents a software system development phase based incremental model to serve as the software process model of the weapon materiel system. This model is provided with both merit of the waterfall model and that of evolutionary model. This model can also preferably assist in the control and coordination of the software development activity with weapon materiel system development phase.
