Application of the “light thinking” in nursing management

This article presents the nurses’ occupational mental status in nursing works and introduces the application of “light thinking” in nursing management to enforce the cohesion of nursing teamwork,maintain the nurses’ physical and mental health,relieve their workload,respect the value of nursing works,provide favorable life environment and keep the nurses’ positive mood.
